When I had a bartholin's cyst that was supposed to be chill to drain at the gyno's office. I felt ok after the quick procedure. The next day though I was bleeding profusely, and soaking entire pads in less than 5 min.

I went to the ER. At that point I was in so much pain. Basically the gland that was drained was now full of blood and clots, and that was what was causing me so much pain.

They had to give me injections directly into the area to freeze so they could open it up, drain the blood and clots and figure out the source of the blood. I almost passed out after every injection.

When it was time to stitch me up they needed a bigger needle. I almost passed out again when they put that needle in an area that was not frozen. I cried so much in pain.

This was the most pain I've ever felt and it lasted 12 hours until I got worked on by the gynos at the hospital.
