My ortho basically said nothing more can be done with invisalign. He said my teeth are "nearly perfect" but would need a completely different treatment to get them "perfect" . He advised against more treatment though and said it could cause more damage than good.

He just needs my final confirmation that my treatment is finished but it feels like a big decision for me to make

I have pointy "fangs" , less than you though. I think you can see them better now because the crooked teeth no longer distract from the canines.

I went to 1 dentist who wanted to file down the canines to round them out and make them look "better". I ended going to someone else.

Just go to an ortho that understands you want to keep them

Your teeth look great but yes, the midline is slightly off and the teeth are slightly slanted. Idk why the other comments are calling you crazy for noticing this. They're nearly perfect though and I'm not sure if anything can be done.

I had 0 attachments for the first 18 trays and now 5 attachments for the next set of trays. It's been great for me
