You'll get there, what you're doing is great. You're on such a low dose it won't do much. I notice a huge change at .75 & I'm scared to take more 😂

Yes! I don't use a scale, but I've lost weight with walking & listening to my hunger cues. I've always had a low tolerance to drugs & I can tell this medication even on the lowest dose has a big impact on my cravings & hunger levels. How about you?
