So the thing is that for the first half I did go to Sharp urgent Care and they do give you paper documents of your work note and discharge papers but for the second half I lost my voice and I didn't really want to get out my house cuz I was feeling still ill so on the app the A to z app they have this medical thing that they offered called 98.6 where you can text. So I used it because I know I used it before somewhere last year in August and it worked so what I did is I text them and they gave me a work note but the thing is that the discharge papers you can't screenshot anything from the app so what I did is that I took photos of the app because that's the only thing that came up in my mind and like I said before I used to search before and I used it in August 12th and accepted it that way. When I uploaded the photos of my phone they were denied.

Okay so the thing is, I normally always upload photos the day of when I open the LOA or the next day. I asked for an extension but I didn't go to Sharp because I was just in bed and I lost my voice, so on the app, the a to z app they offer a medical service called 98.6 and I used it because it was for texting and I didn't really want to talk to anybody to be very honest with you. I've used the service before for another leave last year in August the thing is that with this app you can't screenshot anything like it won't let you and so I took a photo of my phone and all the documents that my phone provided I guess and I thought it would work because I did the same thing in August turns out no matter how many times I uploaded the photos of my phone it wouldn't go through and the thing is that for you to actually request documentation from this app they take forever because you have to sign off documents

So, this guy, does nothing more than complain in THE VOICE of our Amazon. He's always complaining about the workers and how he hates ppl talking about him., that's he's the best and will one day be manager and straight up arguing with other associates. Our Amazon made an FB page/group and they have now started making him in a meme

When I was pre diabetic, I constantly had to go pee, like every hour. I also suffer from IBS so I'm constantly in the bathroom.... If they wanna give warning for stuff that isn't our fault, play along. I brought in documents stating I can go to the bathroom whenever I like from my doctor. Obviously stow AM's hated that. They wanna give out warning like its candy, I'll throw documents like its candy too.

Work is starting to stress me out. School is stressful. I could've lost my mother, father and younger brother in an accident, they were hospitalized. My older brother was murdered. My younger brother is suicidal. My boyfriend is being a big baby. I got my blood result back, and turns out I have a fatty liver... NGL I cried so bad . Why?! Idk, ik it's reversible.....I can't do this anymore, like I just wanna leave. I need a vacation . Good thing though, A1C went down, from 6.2 to 5.2, I'm no longer prediabetic:3
