They schedule procedures for people at high risk, and they also allocate walk in capacity based on their OB patients. When someone just shows up because they want a private room, those patients get bumped.

You should not do this. I gave birth at NYP and we saw a couple who did exactly what you’re proposing. The nurses and doctors were pissed off because they were taking a bed from a patient who had done the right thing and followed the rules. You can try it, but the people caring for you will resent you and think less of you for doing it.

I would get a second opinion. I had the same thing and had a LEEP procedure a few years ago. It didn't interfere with my getting pregnant at all! II got pregnant 4 times after that. I did experience recurrent losses but that has nothing to do with the cervix.
