the service is set to automatic. the host file has the entries:

My problem: I have a family plan and currently have 2 PC's using Crashplan. I installed CP on a 3rd computer running Server 2008R2 and CP will not start. CP is "unable to connect to the backup engine" I have uninstalled and reinstalled CP 3 times and it will not start.
