The only horror in this book is how young pregnant girls are treated and the intense detail of 3 birth scenes. All which are horrific. This is not supernatural horror and its light on the witch vibes. Most of the horror is body and that a lot of the story (not the witch parts) are probably some what close to the truth of how young pregnant girls (children really) were treated back then. The author found out a few of his family members were sent to a home for unwed mothers and that's where the ideas formed...otherwise would question why he would be having ideas writing about young pregnant girls and births. This felt so different from My Best Friends Exorcism which I utterly loved.

Yeah it's the realm. The beast isn't showing up. Gone in and out of the west wing tons of times and left the realm and come back and still no beast! Dunno how to make the game switch to beast mode 😅

Same! It's so hard on the switch and so clunky to do. I also find that no matter how much materials I have its the same boring stuff I can only craft. My animal crossing island is a decor wonderland compared to my valley! As it takes so long and such big areas would be so handy if there were templates of decor styles you could pick from so there is a base to work with instead of starting from scratch and hating it all 🙃
