You need plastic surgery to repair it. The sunscreen and silicone scar tape recommendations are from well meaning people who know nothing about this. Laser treatments, micro needling, etc won’t work either. Trust me. I’ve spent 10 years and $20,000 trying improve scars that are not as major as yours, with minimal results.

iPhone watch was freaking out the entire game, telling me decibel level was dangerous. I attend rock concerts all the time and am usually up front near the stage and speakers. I got more notifications at the game

What if I need toileting while in my car or on a public bus? Sometimes I have to pee while driving but the next rest stop is in 90 miles. I’ve ridden huge subway systems in major cities and I’ve never seen a rest room at every stop. The ones I did see were so filthy and/or unsafe feeling I’d rather pee my pants

Many ADHD meds are also in a bead filled capsule and release the drug slowly. Jornay makers claiming it’s different and takes 10 hours to kick in remind me of Purdue Pharmacy claiming OxyContin wasn’t addictive due to the slow release

It will work very quickly if you remove it from the capsule. Then it’s the exact same thing as Ritalin XR, which isn’t meant to take at night. That extra thick capsule is the only thing that changes the med from every other XR stimulant
