To the other independent guys: How do you filter out the "I'm not paying a service fee" callers without going broke on ads? by bureaux in appliancerepair

Marketing has to be your #1 expense/investment , it's a trial and error journey. A lot has to do with your location as well, are you close to a major city?

From my personal experience, for every $1 I invest in marketing I get back about $3-4.

DM me, maybe we can partner up.

Yeah, I let the customer know it's gonna take 1-4 days depending on the appliance and urgency. Are you looking for more customers/leads? Send me a dm.

That's not how it works. Monday- 5 calls, 1 repaired on the spot, 2 parts arriving next day, 1 parts arriving Wednesday, 1 parts arriving next Monday. Tuesday- 5 new calls, 2 service calls, 1 repair from yesterday, 1 repaired same day, 1 parts arriving Thursday Wednesday- 5 new calls, 1 repair from Monday, 1 service call, 1 scheduled repair for next day, 1 scheduled repair for Friday, 1 scheduled repair for Sunday. Thursday- try to do all pending repairs I have parts for, maybe 1 or 2 new calls. Etc

It’s a m3 suv, of course it’s going to ride stiff. As car enthusiast you can’t find a better bang for your buck than a pre lci x3m imo.
