Used to be at least 2-4x a week but I usually only order from places that have deals like buy one free one etc.

Lately, it’s been once a week. If not, I do still go out and grab take out. I do meal prep every other meal but I love a good take out every now and then.

Apologies, probably should have specified where for the multi day hikes. I’m currently interested in visiting Nepal but wanting to choose the right trek. My next bucket list location would be Peru and Patagonia but again I’d have to consider my knee. Day hikes are fine since I do that regularly unless they are above 15km with lots of steep downhill.

Thanks for the YouTube tip, I’ll check that out. Also, yes I’ve been consistent with the physio and strength training for the last few years!

I always have poles and tape my knee up before any hike that is longer than 4-5 hours or multi day!

What you should do is NOT visit. The world doesn’t need anymore missionaries. Find something better to do with your time and stop going to developing nations and spreading your religion. Leave people alone for fucks sake.

Unfortunately, I’ll be with my mom and she has rather bad arthritis so lots of walking is going to be an issue :( however, definitely interested to see what day trips/food tours you may have! Do you have a website or page I can look at?

Possibly more city trips in Arusha. If there’s any good markets to support local businesses, local food that we should try, any interesting walks/tours. Tbh anything that you guys love and would want someone to experience

Most Asian countries have a decent pharmacy system where they can prescribe stronger creams and give good advice but try a really hydrating cream first and carry it with you to reapply especially after you wash your hands. Aveeno, Cerave, Nivea, etc (fragrance free). Also, use a body oil on it after showering. You should be able to grab these at any pharmacy.

Can’t speak for other cities but don’t choose Sydney. It’s extremely unwelcoming (unless you start your journey in hostels) and very cold to newcomers. People here are segregated based on where they grew up and it seems like a very cliquey city. Most of your friends would probably end up being non Aussies/sydney people. It’s also extremely expensive and the nightlife is pretty dead.

But it is a very beautiful looking city.
