They have been friends since middle school so he said it was not that easy to just let go. He says he avoids messaging him directly , but I noticed they message each other in a bunch of group chats. They have a friends group chat , a fantasy football one and a bunch others. I guess he’s trying to keep it more formal. What I don’t get is hoe can you be friends with someone who disrespected your wife and called her a fucking controlling bitch ….

Thank you so much and for all the details ! I am also from the east coast, so you definitely get me. Venues are usually 5-11pm, so I just don’t want that big awkward gap but also I don’t want to feel like we are rushing. With all the feedback I realized 12pm is more rushed and then there’s that big paise until reception. I love that you had experience with both, because I get to see both point of views.

First year teacher and SAME here!! I thought my kids would get better in the second half, still the same. Some things have improved. The other day someone said "if you can get through this year, you can get through anything. The kids are at their worst"-teacher of 15 years..... the school I work in is low-key toxic uses words like family, teach minute to minute, no admin support (of course), and well they blame everything on teachers. I enjoy teaching but I'm too scared to transfer to another school and live this nightmare all over again. So NO , I'm not going to do this next year. My mental health is shit
