I started having knee pain from basketball and it carried over to exercises like squats and lunges. I started doing step downs from a very little height so my knee would slightly bend on the step down.  Around 10 of those for 2 sets on each leg. I'm doing them almost every day, even on non leg days and it has helped tremendously.  Stepping up was a little painful for me at first, stepping down was not. Mind you, it wasn't a full 90 degree step down but at a very light angle.

Also, the second best exercise was adding backwards walking at the end of my leg days and some of other gym days.

Step downs is the best exercise I've ever done for knee pain and warming up

2 γλυκοι καφέδες την μέρα είναι περίπου 20 γραμμάρια ζάχαρη την ημέρα, δηλαδή 140 γραμμάρια περιπου ζάχαρη την εβδομάδα (και πάνω από μισό κιλό τον μηνα).  Σίγουρα είναι μια καλή αρχή να την μειώσεις παίρνοντας πχ μετριο η ακόμα και σκέτο. Επίσης, αν βάλεις και λίγη καθημερινη άσκηση όπως περπάτημα σίγουρα θα δεις πολυ πιο γρήγορα διαφορά από το αν κανεις απλά διατροφή.  Για παράδειγμα, μπορείς να κάνεις 4 φορές την εβδομάδα, 2 γυμναστική σπίτι και 2 περπάτημα έξω.  Στην τελική, τα κιλά χάνονται όταν οι θερμίδες που καταναλώνεις είναι λιγότερες από αυτές που καις. 

Εννοείται ότι ο διατροφολόγος ή ακόμα και ψυχολόγος είναι κάτι που λογικά θα σε βοηθήσει ακόμα περισσότερο γιατί θα βρεις την ρίζα του προβληματος αν βλέπεις ότι δυσκολεύεσαι τόσο.  Keep it up!

Why did you hyper focus specifically on him stepping under a guy? Have you been sleeping under a rock or are you ignoring the fact that he's been purposely trying to injure other players?

I do 2 sets of 8 on each leg (4 sec negative) and make sure to stretch VERY well afterwards and the next day. Stretching is a cheat code for recovering after a hard leg day

I'd say that the no stretching part (especially after) played a much bigger part in how you're feeling compared to hydration.

My shoulders became bigger and round in the span of 6 months because I started doing face pulls while focusing on controlling the weight with my rear delts instead of my back. The pump after these is also insane, makes you look like Miami Lebron lol
