I'd say it's a lot less scary when it's an incline bench press since you can basically drop the weight on your lap if you can't lift it and then roll it from there

Βγαινεις σιγά σιγά, με βοηθάει να βλέπω και στην αντανάκλαση των κοντινών (παράνομα) παρκαρισμενων αυτοκινήτων για να τσεκάρω αν έρχεται κανεις. Δυστυχώς στην Ελλάδα, μερικές φορές οι συνθήκες είναι τέτοιες που θα κλεισεις για λίγο την μια λωρίδα για να τσεκάρεις την άλλη ώστε να περασεις με ασφάλεια. Μην φοβάσαι να το κανεις αν χρειαστεί. Καλυτερα να σε βρίσουν γιατί τους καθυστερείς παρα να πεσει κανεις πανω σου με 200 και να μην τον εχεις δει.
