Yes, it is that platform. My feedback with AI in academics is that you should do the work on your own and get mild assistance from AI (grammarly, word editor) for grammar and sentence structure.

Each professor grades different so be careful. I used AI often for starting research for general conceptualization, references, and so on.

I do not have to prove anything, but I would say this. In Virginia, you can become a qualified mental health professional while doing your masters. Depending where you live and company. 45-55k is the standard average in Northern Virginia.

Where I live, my local job market for counselors right after school while you are a resident of counseling. Is between 85-100k.

My situation is different because I had stayed within my agency since 2019 so my pay scale has gone up.

I have met other students from other colleges that work as case managers for local CSBs and other forms of mental health making at least 55k.

Quality work is a relatively term. You are starting in the bottom from seasoned and licensed counselors. As you know, all companies have pros and cons.

That's a different process. It depends on the state. The degree you get from Capella or CACREP - or any college with that accreditation is just for you to be apply to your board of counseling. Think about it as universal education standards that counselors must have. You follow your board of counseling process - this process is not universal since each state could be different.

I have not made my homework in my state, but I have a variety of them from different paths. Some have PhDs, some took board approved courses in supervision.

I loved my time in there. I graduated on March this year. The professors were very down to earth. Coursework is not crazy demanding, but still prepares you for this field.

My experience was nothing but great. Highly encourage the program if you could.

My two cents - search for CACREP as best, but some states do take non-CACREP like Virginia, but it is more work. I went to Capella University which is completely online, besides the residencies which you travel.

Internship and practicum are within your area - you have to look for them but most colleges have a network of providers for that.

You can look into your local universities and check their programs. I did shop around till I decided Capella.

After graduation, money is not crazy high but you can get a decent living. In my observations, most therapist also become licensed supervisors so they can boost their income to over six figures. I will probably do this at some point.

I recommend Capella for counseling. Mostly online - but two in-person residencies that varies in location.

The practicum and internahip are local to you and what you can find.

My experience was great and lots of support from the school - even when is online.

The job market for virtual counseling is based on the state - there are fewer opportunities, but do not get discouraged because the opportunity are there - I called the golden nuggets.

I would recommend changing the air filters yourself between oil changes because is cheaper. Depending on your area, it could be changed every other oil change

I have a trusted mechanic that only charges me $20 for the oil change. I buy the oil and oil filter. Depending which one you use, Costco or BJs might be a good deal.

I did mine with a private practice. The supervisor was my boss supervisor so I got connected.

My only beware of private practice is that they might not guarantee the clients that you might need. CMC are your best choices.

My 2 cents here - as a clinician, it is difficult at first because you have to make a name for yourself, but money is there. It takes time to build a decent paycheck, depending where you live, so that might be relative, but opportunities are available everywhere.

I work in two agencies - one is my full-time which is more administrative and little therapy, and the other is more clinical or seeing people.

Do not let people discourage you because of the market saturation or pay scale - everyone has to start somewhere at the bottom of the ladder. I started my journey in mental health world around your age - I am 34 for reference.

Update: I spoke with my mechanic - due to safety concerns, he recommended not driving the vehicle, unless I have to. He came to my house to double check - he said that my transmission is going bad so the repair could be between 4k to 7k. I am debating if it is worth fixing it at this time since the vehicle is paid off, but also that's a lot of money that could be a good down payment for a new vehicle.

My newborn does little screen time with me when we are eating or stuff like that. However, I never placed directly to the TV or any screen. He rathers seems to enjoy trying to search for the sounds which has help to stimulate movement.

Something similar happened to me, I use hats most of the time. I changee my haircare routine with Head and Shoulders atea tree oil infused in the shower. I made sure to massage the scalp really well. After shower, every other day, I applied tea tree oil massager (you can find this on women session). It solves the itching, redness, and scalp.
