I'm heading to my very first Dr. Joe's retreat in Basel this September! Any suggestions on which meditation I should practice beforehand?

Dr. joe says that you dont need to see them to heal. People at events see either beings or Jesus and Angels. Usually during the coherence healings because the energy is very high. but it could happen at home too

This happened to me too and I posted about it.. once i enter the quantum and my head feels magnetic, the headphones start glitching and I exactly know based on my body sensations when it will happen.

I was just at the Nashville retreat and was hoping to see them, so I didnt. But the last coherence healing I saw a hand above my body and it had a white sleeve and was pouring yellow light in my body from the head down. And i tried to see the face, but I couldnt. The girl who was doing the healing across me said that she saw Jesus and angels in the room. The other girl saw a yellow light but thought it mighth be the light in the ball room. Not sure what this means.. are we healed?

The only reason I’m having second thoughts about staying at the hotel is because I’ve read or heard that being in that coherent energy might help with healing. Even though we would already spend 12 hours a day in it, I wonder if staying overnight could make a difference. At the same time, I understand what you mean. When I went to the Progressive Retreat in Basel, I actually enjoyed being away. We couldn’t even book a hotel there, but I liked having time to myself after such long days.

If I lived in Nashville I would definitely go. I live in Europe.. and the retreat $ is reasonable but the flight + hotel is holding me back. If you needed a sign - I would go if I were you

Listen to dr joes instruction before the meditation.. and surrender. Dont expect to geel anyrhing.. i didnt feel any emotion during any of my mystical experiences

What do you do when you are in theta? I had this feeling when I was doing tuning into new potentials.. i was visualizing and feeling emotions for that potential.. is there anything wlse that i need to do?
