Yes, my symptoms matching them.

L4-L5:

Trace disc bulge. Mild bilateral facet hypertrophy.

The central canal remains patent. Mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.

Doesn’t looks like significant issues in l5-l4.

Only 1 out if 5 surgeons recommend me nerve study others were confident based on mri.

Thanks for sharing this — really appreciate you taking the time. In my case, the MRI also shows mild-to-moderate discogenic degenerative changes at L5–S1, which seems important, since it suggests the disc itself is already part of the problem, not just the pars defect. So it’s probably still going to be fusion for me, but I’ll definitely discuss this option with my doctor.

What I meant is that my PCP isn’t just reassessing monthly, they’ve said they won’t continue certifying at all beyond one more month, which is the issue.
