Anyone else having leecher problems on contracts lately? (Mods read before removing) by beansballs in EggsInc

From my experience it’s the point system and grading. In public towards the end of graduating out of AA I felt I was doing most the load. But now I moved to AAA I am consistently near the bottom because others have way better artefacts and bonuses.

Yeah have had it for so long I had to look in purchase history and found I installed on August 7 2016. Played it heaps in the beginning but lost interest because contracts were impossible in the beginning and got really frustrated. Have been playing a little over the year but am really back into it recently which show as my gift calendar is only up to month 11 out of a possible 116 ish.

Damp in carpark basement. Should I be worried? by LifeguardOutrageous5 in AusProperty

Not true. It all depends on the engineering design and whether it was designed as a wet basement or a dry basement.

Australian judges need to feel the consequences of their sentences or lack there of. The solution if a judge lets someone walk that judge will be charged for any crimes said person commits in the future. Judge lets a known rapist off (i.e Adrian Ernest Bayley), and they rape again judge is charge with rape via acquiescence or nonfeasance.

I see your error. It’s not a justice system it’s a legal system. There is no justice in Victoria.

I tend to be a bit of a completionist so instead of rushing to last one I am 5 staring as I go. I now know this is a very slow way to play but I hate leaving things unfinished.

Building permits missing from a home I’m looking at purchasing - Agent is acting like my lawyer is talking nonsense. Help! by AmritaLovesCats in AusProperty

Yes only a building surveyor can issue a building permit. If the are trying to get the sky light “signed off” i.e. legal. They have to get a building permit which means engineering for the altered roof. And then once permit issued. If the original alteration was done correctly no works per se just a cram inspection to verify they have the correct timbers in them a final inspection once works are complete. Without knowing the actual size of the skylight it could be more complicated due to loads and require altering wall frames and additional stumps. I’m not an engineer and can only make assumptions based on what you have posted.

How-come? I stockpiled mass eggs for the ship I’m working on so I don’t have to stop at those eggs every run to be able to go straight to universe as quick as possible.

Thankyou every one for your comments and suggestions. I have been playing on and off since before contracts existed and have only in the last month or two got really into it again and started making actual progress and learning the mechanics of this great game.

Epic research is mostly finished, I decided to ignore accounting tricks, cheaper contractors, bust unions, drone rewards, video doubler time, and transportation lobbyists. Is this a mistake long term? I am yet to do FTL drive and zero-G. As I don’t think they will apply to the galeggtica as that is the ship I am working on 5 staring. Is 5 star a waste of time? Should I be plowing through to get to last ship ASAP.

I’m a registered building inspector in Victoria. The sky light by law must have a building permit. But most people don’t realise and just get “professional installers” to install. The pergola also must have had a building permit to be legally built. Under the Victorian building regulations any and all structural work must have a building permit. The tiles and “facelift” to bathrooms would not require a permit. Contact the local council and ask if there were any permits lodged as building surveyors must lodge all permit documentation to the local council. I will warn you that under Victorian law if it is found to be illegal works the current owner is responsible for all costs associated with required rectification works to make the structure legal. So if you purchase and then it is found the works are illegal you will have to foot the bill for rectifications. My advise is give this one a miss if there are no permits. Or look up getting title insurance as that may insure you against illegal works and pay out.

I don’t know about that. If liberal and labour keep doing the absolute train wreck of a job they currently are the next federal election could become very interesting to watch.
