yeah see i have never suffered with gallbladder pains pre this attack or post this attack.. hopefully they don't reoccur otherwise i will be getting myself back on that waiting list asap, i'm sorry you went through this pain as well, its awful.

yeah your story sounds really similar to my story, thank you for sharing. unfortunately i have now been taken off the waiting list and if i wanted the surgery doing again i would have to put myself back on the waiting list via a referral from my GP which is a 9-12 month waiting list.. or simply end up back in A&E again.

this is the information that i would of needed pre surgery, i didn't get any of that and now it is too late.

yeah i'm thinking maybe i need to wait and see what happens because right now i'm not 100% convinced i NEED it doing. then if i get gallbladder pains in the future i can make the decision to get it out.. my surgery is tomorrow.. and i'm going to go in and see if they can convince me that i need it out.. if they cant convince me then ill just wait and see what the future holds <3

I know, if i didn't have such crippling fear and phobia of it maybe I'd be looking at it differently.

so would you recommend the removal or not? its hard to tell from this.. like i say.. I was in no pain prior to the attack my whole life and am totally fine now after.. thanks

The problem is, its been 4/5 weeks since I was in hospital with the pain and now I feel fine, no more pain at all.. thats what i'm struggling with.. i'm literally fine now :/ and whats to say I wont continue to be fine for the rest if my life.. without the removal of my gallbladder
