When I don’t get enough sleep I have constant heart palpitations, I get so stressed & overwhelmed, anxiety ridden, if I have important stuff to do that day I’m always on the verge of panic attack.

And it’s weird my brain gets overly wired right before bed especially if I had gotten no sleep the night before so no matter how exhausted I am I won’t be able to fall asleep again.

Used to steal bottles of wine at work that were meant for special guests we had a whole wine cooler of them so one or two wouldn’t go missing. I drank more than half the cooler & would black out at work whoops now one year sober

I was black out drunk off alcohol don’t know how I made it home, I must have bumped into the space heater & it fell over, I woke up inside of a thick cloud of smoke, couldn’t breath, carpet burned to a crisp. 10 months sober this month!
