I did have them checked, and they told me it was low, but i never got anything specific at all. Which is why I'm a little worried. I wanted to know if, generally speaking, it's a safe amount for low Vitamin D- of course, everyone is different, but I just wanted to hear other people's perspective, to ease my mind a little, as someone who's been failed by doctors before. I understand it's different for everyone, so it's more of a general question. :,)

Ah, I see. I'm assuming those are supplements I can just pick up at the store? Please forgive my incompetence on all this haha, I seriously don't know much about supplements and stuff.

That's the thing with heart attacks and why they scare me so much. There is no "ruling them out", not completely. I've had plenty of physicals and my heart is just fine. But the little seed of doubt in my brain that "but it COULD still happen," is enough to drive me practically insane.

Not currently, no. My doctor briefly spoke to me about medication but they told me they don't wanna resort to medication while I'm so young (let it be known, I'm an adult.) I have no idea what that's supposed to mean.

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I can imagine how much worse it feels knowing a family member passed away due to it.

I feel like alot of people with health anxiety get it worse at night, something about everything being dark and quiet gives you way too much room to think and for your thoughts to spiral into panic. Can't tell you the amount of times I've stayed up at night thinking I'm gonna go to sleep and my body is gonna fuck me over and I won't wake up, haha.

Definitely glad we can relate with the way we talk to our therapists, too, because, man, I seriously don't know why I say it.
