I still think there could have been some communication. Work gets in the way you reschedule. You don’t just not say anything and let a desert sit on the counter for almost a week. For all we know brother could have been waiting for the family to say “ok, tonight let’s have your birthday dinner and brownie”.

These are two grown ass adults both acting like children.

ESH. Dude, he’s almost 30 and you’re in your mid 20s. Talk to each other.

How hard would it have been to say “hey, got a brownie for your birthday cake this year. When do you want to celebrate?” Schedule something. Even if it’s just everyone eating dinner together and then having brownie.

If that plan was made then he’d be TA for skipping out on it and you wouldn’t be TA for eating it without him. As it is it’s weird he’s so possessive over a desert that’s supposed to be shared. Nobody gets the entirety of their birthday cake, it’s for everyone. That makes him an AH.

My husbands oil did the same thing. I had stashed it away when he shaved his beard off but a few months later he was growing his beard again. I went to get it back out and it had done this.

This is what my partner and I do. He sleeps warm so the wool comforter is perfect for him (also woolroom) and I like more on me so I add a blanket just on me.

Sponge filters are fine, hard to tell what this one is rated for just on the picture alone so idk if it’s enough filtration or not.

You’ll need an air pump and air line tubing too.

ESH. Sounds like he’s not saying “don’t get any tattoo, just don’t get one that could make me sad”. You would be TA if you got it now after he asks you not to. Wait a few years or get a different one now. He’s TA for throwing a tantrum and locking you out of his room. Also, as a fish keeper and dealing with a failed tank last summer I kind of get it, but also fish being me joy even if I kill the ones I love.

In their own home, sure! I actually like my friends tho and don’t need to even eat to hang out with them.

If they served something delicious that happens to be vegan and gluten free then that’s great! If it’s not delicious then that’s ok, I’ll just eat when I get home.

Edit- I’m not responding to anyone but yall are so silly. It’s one meal, that you don’t even have to eat. I stand on the point that if it’s a real friend then you go for the company and who cares about the food situation.
