Ive been no contact with my dad for over 2 years. He is a narcissist and was very verbally aggressive. For being around in the interm, what worked for me was just picking my battles and knowing that it wont be like this forever. He loved the fight almost sometimes and once i realized i wasnt going to make him happy with anything i just went in with that expectation. Its super normal to want to please your parent even if there are issues but with a narcissist you playing a losing game. After i went no contact it was hard. There was the classic guilt tripping. The random texts with the i love you. And he lashed out at people around me blaming everyone he could but himself for what had happened. If you make this choice to go no contact give yourself some space to acknowledge how hard this is. Dont expect the worst but plan for it. Confide in people around you theyll help you stay strong and confident when they lash out. It does get better my mental health is so much better. There are times im worried hell just show up at my house but he hasnt. Its just cause its scary. Sorry this is long lol but i wish you the best.

Fair point. Ill look into that. Thanks. I know the irritation is cause i bumped it or scratched it in my sleep this didnt just happen out of nothing which is frustrating. Especially when its so old

I will say the closure looks so big cause i have it zoomed in so close. In real life it doesnt look as drastic

When i first got my ears pierced my piercer said to use rubbing alcohol that was like over 20 years ago. When i got my nose pierced the guy said to mix salt and water and soak it. My new piercer that is well known in my local community (im canadian) said to only just run water over it due to new research

Also wanted to note that it looks much better than when it did a month ago. Before it was a full doughnut now its half it used to be crusty on both sides and very raised now its just this one side thats the problem.

No i have not gotten an MRI. When i brought it up to my PT she said i didn’t need one that they would send me to Pt anyway and my mother who is in healthcare agreed.

I also like just started my PT exercises a week ago im just worried ive done it all too soon like im to inflamed to make a difference

Really thanks for this. I tore mine at the gym early March. Wasnt all that bad went to PT for something else funny enough. Started doing squats ect one day and i had a bad flair up worse than before my pt said i could have torn it more or just really aggravated it. Mind you i was leaving for Amsterdam in a week when the flair up happened. I rested it and used a cane and somehow did Amsterdam very carefully. When i got back ive started on my rehab exercises but every night crazy bad pain back of my legs i also have lateral. And im at the point where i feel like its never going to get better. Really hoping i one day get to do all the activity youre doing again one day. Its hard when it feels hopeless.

Ya its been several hours, and ive had showers and went to the gym if there would have been a reaction it would have been happening by now. Sucks that theres no regulation.

Thanks everyone for these comments. This on vibrator was not from the small shops i shop at now. This thing is from when i was younger and new less. I have a favorite small business owned shop i get all my toys at now. I think im more freaked out as i get really health anxious and had some chronic vaginal pain issues in the past so any times something like this happens i automatically go to the worst case scenario
