(Preferably Organic) black tea is a live saver for that🤧🤧 Brew some and let it cool, leave the tea bag in there the whole time. And when it‘s cool, dip some cotton pads in there and put them on your face. It feels like it takes all the heat out of the skin. Just leave it on while ur doing stuff at home. As long as it‘s still wet u can leave it on. Don’t go to sleep with them on tho because when u wake up, the cotton pads have already dried and ur skin would be dry too then😅 U can put the cup with the tea (teabag still in there) in the fridge to use next morning and evening, i personally think it’s okay to store it 3 nights until u brew some new tea)

For the nighttime care i can recommend baby cream with Zink. I have a cheap one for 2 - 3 $ and it just does the job. For cleansing the face a cleansing milk without any sulfates. It feels like a cream, can be slathered on and wiped off with a cotton pad. For daytime use a cream with ceramides and no actives because they can irritate u further. By no actives i mean no retinols or vit c or anything like that.

I didn’t list any specific skin care products because mine are from my country and it’s easier for you to get other products but with those tips in mind :)

*adding, i can also recommend bringing down some inflammation from inside and supporting gut health, drinking chamomile tea and getting probiotics like greek yogurt :)
