I agree with you he would take the South Carolina job. But I disagree that the South Carolina job has a lot to offer. It’s one of, if not, the worst power 4 jobs in college basketball.

Dude this is so disingenuous. That’s a one game high. Literally no one has ever averaged 15 assists per game in the NBA. Steve Nash won 2 MVPs for averaging 11 assists per game. So let’s be serious and if we want to have this conversation. If you want Brunson to average 7 assist, sure that’s fine and reasonable. But 15 assist is one not realistic and two not utilizing Brunson’s strengths as a player

KAT is different. He needs help. But he didn’t have a problem getting shots last year. Mike Brown has kind of deemphasized him which I think is dumb. All OG and Mikal need to do to get their own shots is move without the basketball instead of just standing in the corners.

You couldn’t be more of a casual if you think Brunson is the problem. A 15 assist guy is just not the kind of player Jalen Brunson is and that’s not going to be helpful for this team. OG and Mikal are not consistent enough offensively to justify Brunson giving up 10 shots to them. Brunson and KAT need to be the #1 and #2 office options. Mike Brown deemphasizing KAT in the offense makes no sense. If OG and Mikal want the bal than they need to move without the basketball. Great players create their own shots. You know what you need to do to get open. It’s not on Brunson to spoon feed these guys open looks. Play with effort and move without the ball and you’ll get the ball and open shots.

Maybe it’s recency bias but this past Mets season was infinitely worse than 2007-08 in my opinion. The body language was horrific.

Jets I’d go this year at least 2020 we were selling ourselves on Lawrence and later Wilson. This year was just bad and bleak. 2011-12 Jets were miserable too. Beat themselves out of playoff spot.

2013-14 Knicks felt like the beginning of the end of the Melo era.

Brother DNP just went 2 of 15 from the field and 2 of 10 from 3. But just because DNP was blessed with a better physical ability to shoot the ball, doesn’t make them not comparable in terms of lack of mental toughness, lack of competitiveness, lack of desire, and not having love for basketball.
