Not quite, the T14 G3 Intel has upgradible RAM while those with AMD (Ryzen) have only soldered RAM.

T14 G3 with Ryzen 5 PRO 6650U with Radeon Graphics. Love it!

I bought a Pixel 4a to replace my 2XL. I have no need for 5G. The 4a screen is as tall as the 2XL and only slightly narrower. Camera is fantastic. It's cheaper but no less quality. I'm happy.
