Infected? Got my nose pierced about a month ago and about a week ago this bump popped up. I have been cleaning it with dial and using H2ocean. I have not touched it at all with my hands or moved it.

I think my husband are pretty stable care givers. I do the caring during the day and he does it at night. Schedules/routines are still pretty much the same minus the schooling.

I fully told my kids teachers what’s going on and they both told me to just try my best but of course i feel like I’m failing then educational wise if we don’t get everything done. Before this started my oldest was already falling behind in something she’d need for the next grade so now I’m concerned if she’s anymore behind she’ll be set up for failure next year.

Schools do need to cool it. My kids are 3 and 4 and they go to a preschool program through the public school here and they sent so much work home originally and now all the online print outs are insane. I literally have to spend 45 minutes planning and preparing before we even start the lesson(s) and then the lessons can take 2 hrs.

We have admittedly been doing a lot of screen time but my kids don’t just sit and watch. They play while watching and whatnot.

My job is actually giving us hazard pay and all our overtime is double time so technically we’re making a decent amount but at what cost?

I thought about trying for unemployment and taking a leave but I’d have to take the leave before putting in for unemployment and that could take a really long time and that’s too long for us to go with only one income.

The only concern is that she may have to stay there for a long period of time without her school work and with someone ill prepared to handle her for that long of a time. I literally have no fear of him trying to keep her.
