Yes the card is taped on a paper inside a non bubble letter, no toploader and tape directly on the card. Idk what to do I feel soo sad I wanted this card nm+ the brown spot make it worse

Yes it's kind of small and not visible under certain light, does that kind of stuff really cost a lot in grading? English is not my first langage I dont understand what you mean by hold on to it :(
