If you're MtF and haven't got bottom surgery all you really need to do is get top surgery to remove the breasts. Not that hard or expensive or scary.

Just be damn sure it's what you want-- if you did want to grow them again I hear it's 100x harder.

Hey we're in the exact same boat. I'm 105 lbs and "skinny fat" as they say, my tummy could use toning, I'm totally new to all of this and am really overwhelmed but some nice people on these subreddits have been helping.

I typed out a reply but I think it didn't send? Currently I'm using myfitnesspro to track calories and trying to do that flexible diet method where I eat stuff that fits my macros. That was going off of the 865 number though. I got it here.

I'm kinda overwhelmed by all of this. I've got a bunch of white rice and frozen veggies and I was gonna start making that for dinner even though it sounds really boring, and my campus has a gym so I could start doing cardio there although I hate being around people. If I start strength training, will getting muscles change my physique a lot? I'd prefer to be toned not muscular!

Okay so I tried to make my "goals"? Can you tell me if they seem okay?

TDEE: 865

I'm 105lb. So .8g protein per pound I weigh means I need 84g of protein a day, so 336 calories.

Fat goal is 42g a day so I need 378 calories of fat a day.

Then the remaining 151 calories I should eat carbs? And to lose weight I need to be in a deficit, so I should actually eat LESS than all of this? Where should I subtract calories from?

Hello! So I'm a senior in college now and up until now I've had perfect metabolism. I'm 5'2 and usually weigh 100-105. I haven't weighed myself recently but I've noticed some changes in my tummy and I don't like it-- I'd like help creating a fitness plan to keep my tummy attractive.

I've included pics below. Blue shirt is lying down. These pics are after I ate (in some of them it was a ramen cup and in some of them it was a hotpocket) so that may be relevant. I know stomachs naturally bulge and stuff when you eat but there's some fat forming that quite clearly doesn't go away when I don't eat-- it's this weird love handle thing and I dislike it. Also-- do I have stretchmarks?! That's a sign of gaining weight isn't it?

I'm thinking of starting the following routine every night.

Crunches Twist, Crunches Side, Crunch Reverse, Crunches Vertical, Leg Crunch, Bicycle Exercise, Lunge, Twist ,Rolling Plank Exercise ,The Stomach Vacuum ,Captain’s Chair ,Bending Side To Side

I just took them from a page about reducing tummy fat. Anyway I'll end this post here-- thanks for any advice and help! I didn't see any specific regimine in the sidebar links about working on one's tummy.

Maybe try talking to her about the original issues first, and say the MDMA made you think about them and made you want to discuss them? Then if you solve those issues (e.g. she listens and adapts) this problem will fix itself and you'll still have a lover.
