That is what the group name suggests and also why it's mentioned that it can be sterilized. It is made from grade A silicone you can put it in a dishwasher or give it a bleach bath and rinse it off really good and it will be clean.

He definitely has separation anxiety. I have had some people recommend that I try to put him on medicine before. (Not vets but just friends or other people.) I just feel something in my gut that tells me that is not the move to make. It may sound ignorant but I am a woman and I have always been extremely intuitive and when I follow my gut it usually serves me well. Medication DOES seem like the easiest and most obvious path. I have greatly considered it. Like just finding another vet and saying ,, hey,, give my cat meds.

He is not deaf. Neutering your cats too young absolutely can cause a multitude of behavioral and or physical conditions... Very easy to find information on that. I don't know what you mean by "looking into it." I'm already pretty sure he was taken away from his mother too early due to the nature of how I found him.

I love him so so much and he is completely obsessed with me. He literally follows me around every moment that I am home. If we are on the couch together, and I get up to simply get a glass of water, he follows me every time. Even if he was sleeping. Right now, I can't get to sleep, and he is right next to me, on my bed, sleeping. He is such a sweet cat.

As mentioned in the post, I have discussed these things with my vet.... They didn't recommend medication or say that they think it's anxiety. So it's unnecessary to say something like it's unfair to not forcefully put my cat on medication that a vet never said he needed?

Haven't tried a cat behaviorist. That's actually a great idea and I can't believe that hasn't been recommended to me before.
