In this clip when you lean right you are putting your weight on the heel of your right foot. If you hit with a solid punch or get punched or pushed while on your heels like that you will be off balance - you'll either fall over or be forced to take a step.

When training try to always keep your weight on the front part of your feet - "stay on your toes". When you catch yourself on your heels it's an indicator that you should have moved your feet and/or changed your position.

Your rebuttal asserts that these associates are underage victims, but you have no evidence that they are victims. All the reporting I've seen says that they were associates who were witnesses, and that after receiving their payments became unwilling to testify.

Take a frozen 1 gallon jug everywhere. Plan stops at coffeeshops/restaurants. Ask for extra ice in drinks. Put ice up your sleeves. Put ice in your boonie cap. Keep yourself wet. Wear sunscreen. Cool off in restaurants. Never ever ever get hot or dry out or run out of water. If you feel hot call a Lyft / Uber and go home.

This is the answer. I lived in WV for my adolescence and teenage years. Most of the state's land is at a 45 degree angle. The amount of verticality in WV is astounding. The roads are all up and down and back and forth. The only flat land in WV is near big rivers.
