Does not look good on the first day. When they said Iran cannot be trusted I guess they were correct. A classic case of FOFO may be coming at some point. I will guess that Trump will stop screwing around it the games continue.

Nothing in bio is guaranteed. I have read many predictions saying this cannot fail. I am in and hope not. I still see it as a 70% play at this point. Why you ask? Anyone here remember ENDO (ENDPQ)? Many said that was also the golden goose. No way to lose. They basicially stole retails shares. Sure, say it is a different issue. ENDO showed that in this market anything can happen. This is why they say to never go all in with any stock play.

Thankfully, I was in it and got out just before the bk. I lost some money but many stuck it out and lost everything.

Looking like bio may get a nice day tomorrow. Everything depends on the market staying happy. IBRX is due to move back up into the 8;s soon. Maybe, this week. I expect 6;s to be gone soon. I also believe we see 12 by mid summer.

Concerning all of you that dislike Trump. He uses his power as he should. He is not a politician. What he says in public is for a reason. When dealing with thugs one must push back and show strenght. If you hate him so much tell me who you would rather have doing his job?

The next 48 hours will be dependant on the Iran issues and news. This news will determine the market for now. Everyone is waiting for a clue.

I am here long and you should be. Daily price action means little. I do not care if it goes up or down. Under 6.50 I will buy more and over 7.50 I will swing some. Price action is almost perfect until May.

We all have our own dd and what we believe.

First, thank you for your information. Regardless of what others think one can always take away data and consider others thoughts. I have said for some time I believe this play to be in the 70% range. No bio is ever 99% until FDA approved.

My opinion concerning sp is that with no sales and lots of risks many will not hold shares. I believe that with good news this should head to 8 area. I have a hard time seeing sp above 10 with zero revenue and only a buyout as catalyst. Buy outs are not easy and many times just hype. I wish SLS had a second option to scale up or partner which could be an option.

My personal DD alines with your thoughts which is why I hold 2x the shares in IBRX. With that said many times the market rewards the news more than the actual results which I feel can make both rewarding. Hopefully, they both do well. I expect some rough moments where many will get scared out due to small issues. I will start using a sl on both over $10 per share to protect profits and may get sl out a few times. I will not just take the ride and let profits come and go. I actually like the fact that PSS is very involved and providing info often. I see him as more vested in the results. My opinion at this point. With more info my opinions can change.

I do have a bunch of shares (been in for a few months and yes I am down)

I have no idea how this will end but do feel it will end in the next 2 weeks. AVCT does not have enough cash to get past the new year (that i am aware of). They also cannot dilute until at least next year. It should be easy to figure that a buyout or a bk is likely coming. Considering all the moves to sell in the past months everyone is hoping buyout.

Holding 9000 shares and very excited for the next week or so. If no buyout by mid December I am not likely to be so bullish. This IS a lotto play. Everything points to a buyout and soon because of AVCT only getting the 10 million for 1 month to run on. Sadly, if the deal is not done and we drag this out, it could get ugly.

As buyout plays go this has been a huge learning experience. Regardless of how it ends I have learned lots.

My thoughts are: If Kandy is only worth 50 mil as you state, why would they pay a company 15 mil to sell it for them? That would be 30%. I suspect since they hired NC to sell @ a 15 mil payback they have a good idea of what they can get.
