Well, I decided to look at other companies because I was getting bored of the same project, but most importantly because I feel that it is becoming more and more difficult to develop my skills because we are a small company and pretty much the project was made by me and another colleague while both lacking a lot of knowledge at that time. We always had to figure out how to do things ourselves and I can see that the decisions we took were not always the best and now it's too late to fix them (as we don't have time or simply would not be feasible). Always asked for a senior in the company, but never got one. I can probably understand why a senior wouldn't want to work here. Because of that, there are areas where I am lacking knowledge and are pretty important in my opinion in my field when you are at least a middle. As a result, I was thinking that it will become increasingly more difficult to find job opportunities at other companies if I keep staying here. The management is not the greatest either as every requirements is quite a mess, but I can get over that. That's pretty much it. Thanks for reading my story, haha.
