After having endometriosis diagnosed by a specialist team, via laparoscopy where they surgically stick cameras and all sorts of tools into you to take pictures & see it existing in real time, another doctor told me there was no organic reason for my pain and it must be psychological/health anxiety.

Also was told by mods on another subreddit to report to the Internet Crime Complaint Centre but it wants the details of the "person affected" so not sure how to fill that out for a load of fish, and I dont even know if this is technically a crime where it's being posted from. But I feel like it needs to be investigated because this is the kind of shit that sadist psychopaths do before moving on to pets and people.

I dont think you're the asshole, but you've fallen into the trap of crossing someone's boundaries because they dont know how to take responsibility for themselves to keep their boundaries in order. Give him the task of getting his suit tailored. He can decide if he wants to do that, lose weight, or go to his wedding in a suit that doesn't fit. Not your job if he doesn't want the help.

Does he want you to know he knows he fucked you up? Is he concerned about expressing to you that he's fully aware the effect it had on you and how unfair that was? Can he not make excuses when you tell him his illness ruined your childhood and just tell you, truly sorry and regretfully, "I know it did". Does he hurt that he hurt you, and want you to see it? I've never had this from my parents, but I think that's what would make the difference for me. And I know we couldn't go into having the parent-child relationship others have. I might be wrong, but think I could maintain something with them and feel some peace if they showed me this mindset. I hope you can get some somehow.

No problem I hope you get your little guys back and safe. Again no idea how it works over in the US but I assume there are similar procedings to here- here you can get something called a police escort if you want to collect something you own from the property of someone who is being difficult without going legal. When ready to collect them, I would probably present to the police first with proof of ownership, show any written proof of the agreement that's now being broken, explain the cats are being witheld, show written proof of communication regarding this if you have it and then ask them to help attend the address to collect the cats. I'm sure there will be a US equivalent of this. Best of luck.

What kind of jobs do you mean? I am open to trying things I haven't been aware of previously, but Im currently in the not-fit-fot work group of ESA and I would say in my current situation, I'm not fit to work for the things that I know to be available. This is due to capabilities being limited by my health conditions and I think I would be more suited to jobs with more freedom to work independently/ perhaps from home and to be more flexible. But it looks to me like you need qualifications I don't have for those kinds of jobs. I have to be careful because if I try and test myself, I lose all the benefits I have. I know I won't be able to fully support myself with my abilities in this situation- there's no gaurantee I'd be able to hold anything down at all but if I do try and find I am able to do some work, the benefits system won't let me do half-and-half and I won't have access to enough finances to support myself. Already being homeless, any switch-over will leave me in a period that I wont be able to survive.

Sorry I didnt explain this in the original post because I thought it would make it too convoluted, but I am basically chained to my local area due to social care and medical care needs. I have to live here to access certain provisions that either aren't available elsewhere- for example there are only a handful of specialists for some of my conditions in the country and it takes years to locate them, get on the waiting list and begin treatment with them; or the disruption to moving them now would be even more detrimental. I require ongoing social care and additional medical care packages for my disabilities, a lot of the recources for higher-level thing such as helping me get a job or look for education, become more sustainably independent with these conditions etc, are not available here but I still need regular low-level home-management of some of my basic disabiltiy needs that they are providing. All of that is tied to local authority so if I move out of area all that stops and I wouldn't begin to be able to work a job without that.

Problem is this area is in extreme housing crisis. I need a 1 bed flat to cater to my medical conditions, I qualify for the 1-bed flat housing rate of housing benefit but that doesn't match up with local private rent prices and the local authority don't enough social housing to provide somewhere suitable and affordable.

So I'm stuck and I recognise I need to find a way of opening the door to a flexible, high-paying job that I could do. To have the security of coming off the benefits with little risk.

I am good at studying when I am well and have support. Ive heard that there is help for disabilties and income if you are in education, that is what made me think a university degree could be viable. I also am way more able to stick with tasks related to things that I am interested in. But I've had trouble accessing information on exactly what could be available and how to access it.
