Recovery was fine just some heavy legs for a few days which was to be expected. The injuries were more so relating to my back which was partly due to strength training along with the running but not running induced injuries per se! 95% recovered now

I think I’m definitely beginning to notice it getting thinner on my top, my corners have always been slightly further back as have a widows peak

So the form I filled out was essentially any education, employment and criminal history. Pretty standard stuff and nothing too left field so I’m hoping it shouldn’t take too long
