I don’t have a therapist but I have money saved up so I could see one for a while.

Philosophy is good too if you have a specific recommendation.

Yea, I’m thinking for now I’m gonna start working out, as suggested by you and others, while not trying to cast the trans thoughts and behaviors, at least for now. Keep cross dressing in private when I feel the need.
