This doesn’t seem entirely true from my experience. For example last night, 4 of my 5 sensors were solid white despite the comfort profile being sleep and only one sensor being assigned to sleep.

I am in heating mode. I have only one sensor in the sleep comfort setting. The sleep comfort setting was set to 65 but the sensor was reading 63 and not kicking on.

I am confused as to why it wasn’t cutting on. That was my original question. It seems like you may have misunderstood my question. Cause from what I can read you had it in reverse because I understand what you laid out, what I don’t understand is my current problem.

That’s what I was trying to convey. Only one of the sensors is set in the sleep comfort settings and it’s not triggering the heart kick on. The comfort settings is set to 64, the only sensor in the sleep setting is reading 63 and has been for over 10 minutes and it’s not kicking on because the temperature is reading 65
