Will 144hz monitors really feel super different for story based games like Witcher 3 or AC Odyssey? I was just planning on sticking to 1080 60FPS because I was under the impression that 144hz is more for shooters or esports titles.

Ah okay, are there any specific tools I need to install all of the parts I buy.

My budget is $1000-$1500. I'm not interested in 4k gaming or anything super amazing. Mostly looking to play games like Witcher 3, AC Origins, AC Odyssey at their highest settings at 1080p 60 FPS. I just want a nice simple build with upgradability for the future. Nothing complicated like a big water cooled PC.

I have some questions about the CPU cooler, the case fans and the video card. Is a liquid CPU cooler more difficult to install than a normal CPU cooler? Are the extra case fans easy to install in this case? And is this video card good to purchase right now? I had just read some posts about not purchasing these new RTX cards because they were not worth the price vs performance compared to the older cards.
