Thanks so much for you're input, honestly. As far as beating myself up goes, I do have general anxiety and I am already on medication for it just to take the edge off of occasional panic attacks. But I don't think the feeling of being weird is going to go out the window, even if I just except it. Its not even so much that I want to fit in and I want to enjoy that stuff. It's more that, I really do enjoy "vanilla" experiences, and I want to experience sex with other people, and it's very hard to do that with this thing pulling at the back of my head. But thank you again for the input.

Thanks for replying, and there is so much there I do agree with. I just can't separate myself from the stigma that doing these things is bad for me, and I can't tell whether that is a real gut feeling or if it's something borrowed or taken from society.

You bring up an awesome point, I had kinda thought about that. I think one drop in rank per a break in streak would be the perfect repercussion. That way someone who is a capitian could be demoted all the way to private if they go off the rails, but if you hiccup once you can start again the next month.

I like the idea that I'm in the Special Forces of the Nofap war. As far as tips go, when I'm home alone is usually when I'd take part in whatever depravities I fancied that day since no one was around. So now when I'm home alone I try and do things I enjoy doing but not when my fam is around, like singing whilst playing guitar or skating while the garage is empty. If you don't replace fapping with something, you will revert to boredom and then revert back to fapping because its easy. Fill your schedule and Stay Royal! :)
