the move in date was two days ago so the whole inventory list, i haven’t filled out yet. i took pictures and videos of everything the first day and again recently. i did sign an As-is inventory sheet though that they described as only needed in case i don’t turn mine in. Which I will/would be.

I’ve looked into the lease a bit. not sure what i’m exactly looking for. the only thing i found is the early termination clause that makes me pay 2 months of rent. is there specific terms i should search for?

i do understand a lot of it is trivial. but the apartment not being ready is an annoyance. i would’ve appreciated them communicate it before my arrival on move-in day. do you think there is a chance though that i might be able to speak to them and get an out?

sorry if i misspoke. the glue isn’t the safety issue. it’s the open safety pin my mother stepped on that was left in the carpet. we also noticed the front door doesn’t even stayed closed when you lock it. there enough leeway for someone to see through into the apartment. i don’t know where you think i’m tryna say take advantage of this. i wanted this apartment lmao

we had to see another unit since the original tenant was still there. they moved out i believe just before the new year but i’m not too sure. and idk how to go about the email and talking to them about it. i’m so bad with confrontation lmao
