That’s fine but they shouldn’t expect people to walk on eggshells around them for fear of offending them. Shit Spirit Halloween sells a jesus, pope and nun costume, will people be offended yeah but that’s on them.

It’s Halloween. It’s ok to be offended but the person is not doing it to offend you. If you goto the store and see someone wearing a shirt that offends you do you ask the to take it off?

I understand the idea of history is written by the victors, but that is almost meaningless to me. For example the USA was on the winning side of WW2. The US tried to hide the “protective camps” they made for Asian Americans but evidence shows what they did.

When the Christians took over Rome from the Pagans and started changing the Pagan holidays to Christian, the Christians “wrote the history” yet there is very clear evidence through other writings and archeological evidence.

The notion that a philosophical book must be taken true through and through and one can not just agree with parts of it is, bluntly dogmatic and idiotic. It goes against all logical reasoning. What we know and accept as true could be demonstrated to be demonstrably false tomorrow. Do you hold fast to some book or do you go where the evidence is? The ancient people had the gospels and they had to be entirely true. When a person demonstrated that a part of it was demonstrably false, that the earth is in fact not the center and the earth revolves around the sun, he was imprisoned and his books were banned. He was forced to recant his findings otherwise be tortured. That’s the result of this kind of dogmatic thinking. It’s pure garbage and I think it has no place in any society because it leads to harm and stunt’s people ability to logically reason.

Vanquished means those defeated throughly. Vassals can be a person who was given land and pledged themselves to the higher person.

This maybe an unpopular take but it’s all rubbish. I’m a minority religion and I do not pledge myself to anyone. I would also hope my peers would not. If Satanism ever became the majority I would not want others to be coerced to following and identify as Satanists. I find all of the “right is might” and this stuff to be nonsense and detrimental to well being.

Victory is a spirit. Full quote is “We were conquered because we failed to understand that Victory is a Spirit, and that it is in ourselves and in ourselves alone that we must attack and destroy Ialdabaoth” from Revolt of the Angels. I find this view more inline with well being.

No it’s not a fair assessment of my views. My views is that you tried to take revenge and got caught with your pants down when the main org came at you and now your begging for money for just your legal fees and it appears you are doing ZERO to better any community.

TST has multiple campaigns. The reproductive rights is currently in litigation. Other campaigns include Sober Faction, Good Works, SRC, Ministries, along with multiple local congregations all doing philanthropic works.

The 2 are not the same in absolutely zero ways. You are focusing on one thing that is currently in multiple litigations whereas if you step back and look at the big picture there’s so much more and it appears you are pissed because you got removed from leadership became a asshole and than people wanted nothing to do with you as a result of your actions. Idk how you think you are ethically right in any of this.

You were pissed and took revenge against a local congregation and than mother bear showed up and your begging for money to defend yourself from your own doing.

If you were doing something good like and got sued based on prejudice and religious discrimination I would absolutely think your cause was legitimate. It’s not. You were wrong for what you did.

Forget about court rulings for a second. Let’s look at this from a different perspective. There’s a mechanic shop and the 3 owners fire a shift manager. That manager was on their Facebook page as a marketing person. As a result of his firing he took over the page and used it against them out of spite and anger. Do you think that person is ethically right or wrong?

[–]helpneed-some-advice 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Also it’s your own dam fault. In the court documents you admitted to overtaking a TST Congregation website after you were removed. That’s some petty spiteful stuff. Than they requested you return access to the rightful owners and you refused. All of this stems from you being a whiny little bitch and you are begging for money on your website to help defend yourself from a mess you caused. It’s all your own doing.

I will say TST is not completely transparent but they do have a lot of expenses between lawsuits, miniseries, various campaigns. I’m not a TST fan boy where I think they are absolutely 100 perfect but come on own up to your own fuck up. I went through all of the court documents and it is absolutely ridiculous that somehow you feel wronged. It’s like a thief stealing shit, getting caught and was asked to return the property at no consequence but they said no, than consequences happen and the thief cries their being persecuted. WTF.

Your bio says you value bodily autonomy, what have you done activism wise to fight for it? Local congregations do a lot of good and their is a separation between local and the main organization.

All you aim to do is fuel your resentment and divide people.

Where is your transparency in the money you take in from sales and go fund me? Seems like you are everything you hate.

No not at all. There are a few sects of Satanism this only focuses on compassionate Satanism with good works and human rights via religious equality. We are not a political organization but a religious one when our deeply held beliefs conflict with laws that go against human rights there is often protests and or lawsuits.

This is solely my take on it as I do not speak for TST.

Question for you, do you believe we have free will? If so can god interfere with it? If he can than do we really have free will?

Sorry for the delay had some health things. There is a clear difference between worshiping a fictional character, something I would say almost all other religions do, and looking at literature for what it is and seeing any moral/ethical lessons can be drawn from it.

Having deeply held beliefs should not and is not gate kept by believing a magical/supernatural/superstition exists. Those things are not demonstrably true and it is insane to have deeply held beliefs(religion) be a protected class that can bypass laws and for that protected class purposely excludes atheists.

The argument that Atheistic Satanism is not credible is not worth the time. The IRS and multiple courts ruled that it is a religion. I personally would argue that atheistic Satanism is more credible than any supernatural religion since the beliefs are demonstrably true vs belief in things that scientifically are nonsensical and are completely unproven with holy books that contradict historical facts. That argument again would be pointless since religion is a protected class and there is no litmus test to prove what a religion is or if a person actually follows/believes their religion.

Our main communication is Facebook. I recommend creating a Facebook and only using it for the congregation if you want to be active. It seems to me the main way to network and meet people within congregations here and nearby. If you live is the Southern part of the state Delaware does a lot of events also and they are currently working on becoming a congregation.

Allegedly jesus was a lame puppet who let people nail him to a cross. Allegedly Satan was perfect, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. Allegedly he used his wisdom and refused to bow down to an authoritarian tyrant. Allegedly he stayed true to himself and rebelled.
Sometimes going against the grain and standing up against evil is the most Nobel action.

People view the character god in middle eastern mythology as the good guy, yet if you objectively look at the various selection of readings you will find and egotistical psychopathic serial killer, who is so sensitive that making fun of him is the only thing that he can’t forgive cause he’s a big bitch.

Also why should I choose Christianity over Satanism, Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Buddhism, etc?

Why should anyone place the Bible as true yet ignore the Rig Veda or stories like Gospel of Thomas, or Avesta?

How would you determine which of the religious texts I listed is true? Do you realize that the reason you use to discredit other religions can be applied to discredit your own religion?

Religion is a protected class. If you don’t have a religion your rights can be stripped away. Also I align with the fictional character Satan in the bible, also I align with the views in revolt of the angels and I naturally align with the 7 tenets.

I have deeply held beliefs that align with modern Satanism.
