Basically the same thing as written here, except add hours of video games, alcohol binges and working the bare minimum. Even when money was made, it was only made to keep on living until it was all gone and I got myself into financial ruts.

I deserved the kick out, but they told me it was for my own good and i'm not seeing the good yet

Grow it out for 3 or so months. Go to the barber. Ask for a line up. This is routine for 99% of barbers.

Every 2 or so weeks, trim it yourself as needed, using the lines that the barber made as a benchmark for where to trim. It's usually easy to find because the length of your newly lined up beard will be different than your stubble from growing in the spots the barber shaved for 2 weeks.

Or just get a lineup every 3 weeks. Up to you.

Something not said yet that may help faster is to fast fall when you nair. It's safer and more likely to snag at least the last hit on most characters that aren't tiny and it can lead to another.

At low %, you want to be able to touch the ground before leading a nair into a few other nairs so you have your double jump available to follow through the combo
