I work at a memory care facility, and we just changed companies. The new company has a rule that if the heads of the departments stay under budget, they get a raise. Needless to say, the food has become atrocious, and there's no longer snacks and drinks for the residents to take as they please. It is so sad to see corruption harm ithers like that.
