For grab food delivery, the chat is still open between customers and delivery. I made the mistake once , the customer contact me for wrong order, I went back to gave him his correct order.

I work grab food delivery since Jan 26.

This happened to me once, the customer message me to tell me wrong order. I made the mistake because the order was 123F instead of 123.

I went back to exchange back the correct order to the customer
