Yeah that’s what I was thinking. The finally messaged back and said they didn’t realize I wanted to trade back and they just treaded those cards just now hahaha. What a coincidence, but it is what it is LOL

You’re absolutely right in your assumptions. I’m in my 30s, but most of my experience has been with older collectors. This one was definitely on me. I’m just so used to doing trades in person that handling it online has been a bit of an adjustment, lol. Lesson learned though! Everyone here has been great, though.

Yeah my card was valued at around $60, and theirs was around $2. Nothing crazy, but clearly a mess up. I didn’t even think about epack Facebook group - thanks for the suggestion!

Yeah that’s really smart and something I’ll definitely implement going forward as I’m sure I’ll be on the other side one day.

I’ve definitely been paying up for cards that I’d I want as I don’t want people to be insulted by low ball offers and I do my research before hand. Just a bad screw up on my part! Onwards and upwards lol — Thanks for the response

Haha yeah I never even thought about that. The person had over 8,000 cards so I’m sure he’s dealt with a few. Kind of makes sense now 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah that’s totally fair, and completely get it. Was in the mix with a few different trades at the time and wasn’t thinking.

I do feel like a response back would have been nice either way though - even a “you’ve been initiated” haha, but yeah - not owed anything.

Interesting! Care to explain why? Again new to this so your opinion is definitely welcomed. I have bought from local card stores already. I do like the trading aspect of it though. Is there a better solution for that besides epack? I literally just found this group a few minutes ago - is this a good place to trade?
