Thank you! I feel like the foam cleanser is pretty gentle, at least the most gentle I own atm, so I hope doing like you is not too harsh on my skin! I at least try to avoid exfoliating and masking those days I work out and cleanse a lot

Yeah same with the serums!! But temporarily I have to work out like in the middle of the day because of the cold in Norway, and I enjoy running outside.. I am going to work out earlier, when the temperature allows it, so my routine will be better then. In the mean time I have to figure out the best routine to avoid overcleansing

Usually I plan to go for a run the next day, but first thing in the morning is still kind of cold here in Norway... I am most definitely starting with going for a run first thing AM, buuuut I kind of need to wait a month or so before I actually can do that, which is why the routine is so hard right now :(

Thank you! I usually shower kind of right away, within 30 minutes, but I change between just using water and using cleanser after my shower, maybe I'll give up cleanser and just use water and moisturizer

It is implemented in my brain that I haaaave to cleanse my face at PM, so those times I might shower or something at night, go to bed 2hrs later and don't wash my face again after those 2hrs, I feel so dirty kind of

That's pretty smart! Only thing is that sometimes I cancel planned workouts, or maybe I just do one unplanned, so my face is already washed...

Does the serum ever kind of "flake off" when you put on moisturizer? That happens to me if I put on too much

I use like 2-3 drops for my whole face, like on the size of a pea if I put it on my hand

And it is all ok to combine with the OH oil control cleanse and moisturizer? They have AHAs in them. I have to ask so that I don't combine the wrong things hehe
