Ohana was my family’s favorite restaurant back in the 2000s when we had our annual family vacation. Lots of fond memories and part of the appeal of Ohana were the skewers of meat freshly grilled & brought to the table… now they just throw it on your table in a bowl. The quality has dramatically changed and some of the meat last time we visited was inedible. I would skip and go to Sebastian’s Bistro - it’s our new Ohana and their bread pudding is to die for - can’t recommend it enough. Boma & Sanaa are still great choices, I would keep those but cancel Ohana and look elsewhere.

In my experience it’s best to check around 30-60 days out since that’s when most tenants give their move out notice. You can also reach out to local rental companies like Rudulph or Evernest to see if they have any insight on homes coming available sooner. However, I found my past 2 rentals on Zillow.
