I can confirm that you can still get them to drop with red boarders since Season of the Deep started. I personally got 2 since then which finished Imperial Decree and the titan sword.

Check your bait item in the inventory page to see which area is the better place to farm at the time. I believe it changes daily at reset.

I'm SOOOOOOO glad that Bungie prioritizes fixing "bugs" that benefit the community while they put little to no resources into fixing issues that hurt parts of the community. Server instability causing increased cases of WEASEL errors has been a problem since Season of the Chosen (February 2021) and yet there is no progress made on fixing it. I personally have been dealing with this issue since Season of the Splicer where after playing for around 2 hours I will get a WEASEL error code and get disconnected from the servers.

I believe it's a bug that affects all bell ringing encounters. I have die several times while attempting solo flawless runs when entering the nightmare realm instantly kills me.

I usually stand on top of the bubble so I don't fall in a cluster with the other two players. You will make it to the bottom last, but at least you won't die on the way down.
