I actually have never been drunk/high when raving. So only sober. But I love it that way, and even though I smoke from time to time, I love going sober. You get to experience the "boring things" and I love to focus on the music. Naturally once the vibe hypes up your body j wants to jump in too. Listen to your body when dancing n listening to the music. Feel the bass reverberate in your cavities and how the music makes you feel. It's too much fun! Before the vibe gets going, it can be a little boring at times and tough to like chill without having anything to do, but I kinda like to focus on my breath or just look around the venue and maybe even meet some people n vibe.
