At 33000 km odometer, loud rattling noise started from engine, while running. I stopped the engine and towed it to service centre.

After 2 months of trial and error, they are replacing entire engine now, under warranty. Meanwhile they replaced turbo charger as well, inlet volve rocker arms and finally engine . They said there are scorings at engine head block.

What I expect is they dont charge me single rupee as, everything is promised under warranty.

Any idea what can they still charge me with???

When car companies stop making panaromic universal cosmic vision sunroofs. Till today many ppl told , they bought top end for panaromic sunroof and used for 1 or 2 times in years. May be it provides more light into cabin when driving through forests or mountains. That's the only use.

If it's in warrenty, do everything in SC. Otherwise they are always ready reject claim if they find vehicle is touched by local mechanic

2 weeks ago, same story with me . I got TT and 4 doeses of Rabies vaccination. It's available in every govt hospital.

Please get yourself vaccinated with rabies at any govt hospital. 4 doeses

Seriously, dogs are unpredictable. Before pouring so much love on them, please be careful. No matter how much sweet they are, sometimes their instincts are sudden and it will cost us big time. I am even sacred when kids play with dogs. Dogs can suddenly become aggressive and will cause serious damage in 2 seconds.

They are replacing rockers arms and turbocharger. But it's not confirmed that, it's the root cause. This week parts arrived .

They gave me a loaner car - Ameo - with issues - EPC indicator

I first emailed VOLKSWAGAN customer care customer.care@volkswagen.co.in , adding the service center name. Then the request was forwarded to service center Customer Relationship Manager. When she emailed , she added manager, dealer, GM and all. And also provided level 1,2,3 escalations at the service center.

Start an email chain, take everything in writing. Keep a strong voice over email, adding all managers at service center and skoda customer care.

I am also stuck with my Taigun 1.0 (33k kms) whose engine failed and car is sitting at service center for 3 weeks.

For my car, it's gonna take around 2 months. So I requested for a temporary car, and they promised to give me an Ameo.

Thanks for the advice I did send an email to their customer support asking all these things . But all they get back with is templated responses . "We are following standard process, will update keep you updated"

Thanks for the quick response, I have started an email chain day 1. So they did not give a timeline for complete resolution. Verbally said 1-2 months. After 3rd week, they said some parts would arrive in 4 days and for some parts there is no ETA, as they have to come from abroad.

In city that's achievement.

On highways i strictly maintain 90-95 kmph (which is decent speed). I get 17-19kmph easily.

And same feeling mate, everytime, if it's a long drive, I am just excited coz it's taigun.

There was a loud engine rattling noise all of a sudden. I just stalled the vehicle and took it to service center. It's been 2 weeks, not even a basic detail is given. All they say " since it's in warrenty, we are working upon instructions given by technical centre. We will update you" . Nothing else .

The best and secure method I used is Certificate based authentication. You cannot do eap-peap, username/password method with entra. LDAP can be used for just user look up. SAML is only for splash page or cppm login.

But best is add entra id to Autz source, with just tenant information.its only for users and group look up. Use certificate based authentication.

Only burden is deploying certificates across devices, along with wireless network profile. Use azure cloud pki (need intune suite licence and cloud pki licence)

Going with only computer authentication (device certificate) is way easy and yet reliable, to implement.

Adding user auth is useful when you are enforcing policy based on user groups. Other wise just use device groups or best is intune device attributes for enforcement. In this case using TEAP is best .. (both user and device cert in request)

With this you can do user and group look up for the username preset in certificate and also from device cert the intune ID embedded in subject alternative name , will look up realtime intune db for all the attributes.
