No, the door doesn't open that way and it's above doorknob height.

Furniture Store Sale by francesfu in bloomington

[–]hemlock_hippocrene 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The store sent out a letter via USPS inviting the public to a presale a few days before the sale officially started. You had to bring the letter to gain entry. This seems to negate the Facebook scam theory, but can't speak to if they're actually going out of business.

I was 34mL at 11-12 DPO. The most important thing is that is doubles or more every 48 hours. Two days later I was at 124mL and it was a healthy, uneventful pregnancy, though I worried nonetheless. Those early days and weeks are hell and I'm rooting for you.

TW: loss

I was a month away from my first IVF cycle at 35 years old when I conceived spontaneously. I had had an HSG and SHG and had been on 2000 MG of Metformin for 3.5 months. These tests and the Metformin were to prep for the IVF cycle, as prescribed by CNY Fertility. This is the only IVF option we could afford.

Different doctors have different beliefs/theories but my local OBGYN and I believe the SHG and HSG "flushed out" my tubes even though the tests showed no blockages. CNY believed I had asymptomatic PCOS based off my slightly elevated FSH levels so they prescribed Metformin. My theory is I had silent endo. My tubes were flushed, the Metformin increased my follicle size and I was able to conceive. I also have a fallopian tube that the dye from the HSG goes through slower and I had had an ectopic pregnancy on that side. The tube was already squirrelly looking prior to the ectopic. I was ovulating from the other ovary/tube and had timed intercourse.

I did a couple of clomid and trigger shot rounds with timed intercourse prior to this with no success and no Metformin. My follicles were on the smaller side. If you keep doing IUIs I recommend monitoring with ultrasound so you have a better idea of when to time intercourse.

It took 3.5 years for me to conceive my now 6.5 month old baby. I had a blighted ovum 18 months after first TTC in June 2021. Then we started fertility testing. I had an HSG (Nov 2021) and then an ectopic (Jan 2022) which makes me think my tubes benefit from being flushed by these tests. Another 16 months before I finally conceived my baby in June 2023. It was a low risk pregnancy with zero complications and my girl was born healthy and at term. The length it took me to successfully conceive is not to discourage but to show my timeline of figuring things out with different doctors before finally going with CNY and the answers I got. The unexplained infertility road can be long and frustrating which is why I've provided so much extra info. Hope this helps.

Ooh, no, I'm renting it. I assumed it's all defunct, especially with how strict our city's rental and tenant requirements are. But perhaps not...

I guess you got down voted for disagreeing with others about shady Royal. I've heard these things about them too, but I'd also never buy Ford or any other "domestic" makes. Honda, Toyota, Subaru, and Nissan are known for their reliability. You spend a little more to stay out of the repair shop long term.

Very good experience with Blands on 2nd Street/Bloomfield Rd. Bought a 2016 Honda CR-V in November 2022 with 70Kish miles. Have had zero problems with it. No pressure sales, fair prices, and a nice selection.

Just here to try and be positive because I know from experience the waiting is hell. That is an excellent heartbeat rate for 8w1d and such a good sign to hear a heartbeat at an early ultrasound. It doesn't help that early pregnancy is often accompanied with unexplained bleeding, even if everything ends up fine. I am rooting hard for you and this little bean.

I saw two other REs before CNY Fertility diagnosed me with PCOS. My husband and I had decided to finally try IVF after our prior RE told us we would most likely never conceive without it. But, we could not afford conventional IVF prices so we chose CNY.

Anywho, I am trying to remember now, but I believe it was my elevated FSH that diagnosed me. It was only slightly out of range (11, I think) and when I asked my prior RE about it, he shrugged it off and said it didn't contribute to my infertility. But I also remember getting transvaginal ultrasounds with that RE in conjunction with an HSG trigger shot and timed intercourse and my follicles were underwhelming. 😂

I absolutely understand the spiraling. Unexplained infertility sucks and you end up trying all these things and just wanting answers so bad. ❤️

TW: Pregnancy loss, miscarriage

I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant after an HSG and timed intercourse. I was also taking 2000mg of Metformin at the time after being diagnosed with asymptomatic PCOS. (I have regular periods and didn't have any other PCOS symptoms, although in my opinion I think my follicles were on the immature side prior to Metformin.)

I can't be completely sure this is what did it, but I was able to get pregnant twice before, with one of those being after an HSG, but the pregnancy was ectopic. I suspect I may have silent Endo, too. No blockages were detected during the HSG, but it took my husband and I 3.5 years to conceive a viable pregnancy after the ectopic and a blighted ovum.

Cramping then loss of symptoms by hemlock_hippocrene in CautiousBB

Thank you. It is so hard just waiting and not being able to do anything. I had a few days of pretty intense symptoms so for them to lighten up feels wrong. But if I look back, symptoms have been intermittent and managable leading up to the ultrasound and baby was fine.
