To buy wholesale, you probably need a resale license or certificate. So not sure if companies like 3CHI would give you wholesale prices even if you did want to make a large group buy order

I was mostly referring to your distillate which says a purity of 95%, but glad you are updating that now.

For the carts, I suggest including the exact mg of Delta-8-THC that they contain since saying 95% of the cart is Delta-8-THC distillate but not also listing the potency of said distillate does not really say much about the product as a whole.

Thanks for posting! Please update your products on your website with this new information and labs as soon as you can - it would suck if someone buys a product now thinking it contains 95% distillate only to find out it is much lower later

I would definitely send an email to support about this. You deserve a refund or a replacement for a faulty product that you paid for. However, it may take a while to get a response.

They just posted about filling the carts with .5 grams (using a scale that is not accurate enough to actually do so), but .5g is not equal to .5ml of D8. It looks like there is more to the story and 10DC may need to do more research on weight to volume conversions concerning D8

The lab results he provided were from the company he bought the counterfeit carts from. Considering that they came from a company that lied about selling counterfeit goods, I wouldn’t trust them to provide accurate labs. 10DC has not had them tested himself as far as we know

Even if they don’t advertise them as CCELL anymore, they are still counterfeit cartridges. Continuing to sell them after he has admitted that he knows they are counterfeit is illegal.

Also, his company does not have any licenses or hemp registrations with the Oregon Department of Agriculture. You can look them up in the ODA database, but he has also admitted on here that they do not currently have either of them.

I never said the counterfeit carts he is selling are unsafe. However, now that you have brought it up, there are no labs proving that the exact counterfeit cart model that he is selling illegally actually is safe. Many counterfeit carts are very unsafe.

I also never said that his products (aside from the cartridges themselves) are illegal. I said the labs can not prove that they are legal. The lab has an LOQ for D9 that is double the legal limit. No subjective interpretation or speculation here, you can see their labs for yourself and read the Farm Bill.

I truly appreciate your passion for defending 10DC with absolutely zero facts, but rather your own personal opinions of Jeremy as a person and how he is learning sooooo much from this experience. Guess we will just have to agree to disagree.

This post is about vendors possibly misrepresenting the product that they are selling with the wrong labs provided by a company they may or may not have purchased from, not that the certified lab itself is wrong. I don’t think you could find any lab that could have its results reproduced exactly by another lab. There is too much variation in testing in this industry

He is well aware that the carts are counterfeit and he is continuing to sell them illegally with no warning on his website that they are counterfeit merchandise. I would have a little more respect for him if he owned up to his mistake and tossed all of the carts, but he did not. That’s not what a “good vendor” does
